Scope of Work:

Supply and installation of medical equipment, medical furniture, and office furniture for the hospital in accordance with the approved technical requirements and healthcare standards.

Maysan Governorate – Iraq.

The Ali Al-Sharqi General Hospital Project is a major healthcare development in Maysan Governorate, delivered on a Design & Build (Turnkey) basis with a capacity of 122 beds and a total built-up area of 35,000 m².

AKG provided comprehensive project management services covering planning, coordination, and oversight of all project phases, in accordance with the designs approved by the Ministry of Health – Design Department and applicable technical standards.

The scope of services included coordination and management of civil, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, and HVAC works, in addition to medical equipment and furniture packages, ensuring effective integration between hospital functions and service facilities.

The hospital complex consists of a main hospital building accommodating diagnostic, therapeutic, inpatient, and doctors’ residential facilities, supported by a dedicated service building housing electromechanical systems, waste treatment facilities, and essential support services.
The project was successfully delivered within the approved schedule, meeting operational, functional, and quality requirements for a fully integrated healthcare facility.
