Al-Rumaitha General Hospital Project is a key healthcare development in Al-Muthanna Governorate, with a planned capacity of 200 beds, aimed at strengthening healthcare infrastructure and expanding medical service capacity in the region.

AKG provided professional project management services, focusing on planning, coordination, and oversight of all project phases to ensure delivery in line with approved engineering and medical standards.

The scope of services included managing interfaces between design, construction, and medical equipment packages, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring compliance with approved schedules and performance requirements.

The project is expected to deliver a significant improvement in healthcare services in Al-Muthanna Governorate, supporting long-term operational efficiency, sustainability, and enhanced quality of care.
