The Al-Qarma General Hospital Project is a major healthcare development in Al-Anbar Governorate, delivered on a Design & Build (Turnkey) basis with a capacity of 122 beds and a total built-up area of 21,625 m².

AKG provided comprehensive project management services covering all project phases, ensuring effective coordination between design, construction, medical equipment supply, and furniture installation, in full compliance with the Ministry of Health’s approved designs and technical standards.

The scope of services included planning and scheduling, coordination of civil, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, and HVAC works, monitoring progress and quality, managing interfaces between stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of all project components, including the main hospital building, supporting medical and service facilities, staff housing, and external works.

The project was successfully delivered within the approved timeframe, meeting functional, operational, and quality requirements for a fully integrated healthcare facility.
