Supply and installation of all medical equipment, medical furniture, and office furniture for the hospital in accordance with the approved technical requirements and healthcare standards.

The Al-Nahrawan General Hospital Project is a major healthcare development in Baghdad Governorate, delivered on a Design & Build (Turnkey) basis with a capacity of 246 beds and a total site area of 95,500 m².

AKG provided integrated project management services, overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery of all project phases in accordance with the Ministry of Health – Design Department approved designs and standards.

The scope included management and coordination of civil, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, and HVAC works, in addition to medical equipment and furniture packages, ensuring effective integration between hospital buildings, service facilities, and external infrastructure.

The project comprises a main hospital building, doctors’ residence, and service building, supported by complete external works and infrastructure, including utilities, medical gas systems, wastewater treatment, oxygen generation, helipad, and site development works.

The project was successfully delivered within the approved schedule, meeting operational, functional, and quality requirements for a fully integrated healthcare facility.
