Al-Khasaky Residence 1 is a modern residential development located in Arasat Al-Hindiya / Karrada, one of Baghdad’s most prominent urban districts. AKG Projects Management Ltd. provided project management services throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and performance oversight to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives in accordance with the highest professional standards and quality requirements.

The building consists of four floors, with two apartments on each floor, offering a residential area of 150 square meters per apartment. The units were carefully designed to provide a comfortable and practical living environment, featuring a spacious guest reception room, dining room, two bedrooms including a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a modern open kitchen, bathroom, storage room, and balcony.
