Located in the heart of Baghdad’s commercial district in the Raghiba Khatoun / Adhamiya area, this project involved the development and management of a fully integrated five-story medical complex designed to provide comprehensive healthcare services within a modern and efficient environment.

AKG Projects Management Ltd. provided project management services throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing planning, coordination, quality control, stakeholder communication, and progress monitoring to ensure successful delivery in line with the client’s objectives, schedule, and operational requirements.

The facility comprises a medical laboratory and pharmacy at ground level, in addition to eight specialized medical clinics distributed across four upper floors, including two fully equipped dental clinics. The project also incorporated modern building systems and infrastructure, including elevators, centralized air-conditioning, surveillance systems, fire detection and protection systems, satellite communications, and internal networking facilities.

Through effective project governance, coordination among stakeholders, and continuous performance monitoring, the project was successfully delivered as a modern healthcare facility that supports the growing medical needs of the community while meeting contemporary standards for functionality, safety, and operational efficiency.
