The project involves the implementation of a Design & Build contract for the construction of the Iraqi Border Guard Command Headquarters complex in the city of Ramadi, based on an integrated approach that combines operational efficiency with modern infrastructure.
The scope of work includes the construction of a comprehensive range of buildings and service facilities, including a vehicle maintenance building, the main command building, a fuel distribution facility, and integrated residential complexes for officers, non-commissioned officers (NCOs), and soldiers. The project also includes a laundry and sanitation building, a dining hall, a training hall, storage facilities, the commander’s headquarters, the deputy commander’s headquarters, a watchtower, a backup power building, and a lagoon.
In addition, the project covers the development of internal road networks and landscaping works, forming a fully integrated administrative and service complex that meets the operational requirements of the Iraqi Border Guard Command, in full compliance with the highest engineering and construction standards in terms of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
